Client Rights
Services are delivered in line with the principles of the South African Patients’ Rights Charter and HPCSA ethical standards, with a focus on professionalism, respect, and transparency.
Clients are entitled to:
- Clear information regarding services, processes, and fees
- Participation in decisions relating to their assessment and career guidance
- Confidential handling of all personal information
- The option to seek a second opinion
- The right to decline or discontinue services at any stage
- The ability to raise concerns or lodge a complaint if required
