Psychometric Assessment
Computerised scoring systems and reports provided by accredited test publishers are used as part of the assessment process. These tools are scientifically validated and approved for professional use by the HPCSA.
Professional Interpretation
Interpretive outputs generated by assessment platforms are used as a supporting input. All results are critically reviewed, integrated, and interpreted by Cailin Reid, Industrial Psychologist.
Final feedback and written reports are individually prepared and contextualised to reflect the unique profile and circumstances of each client. Professional judgement is applied at all stages.
Data Privacy
All client information is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and HPCSA ethical standards.
Client information is not entered into public or unsecured AI platforms. All tools used comply with strict data protection and confidentiality standards.
